For my customer with headquarters in France and development team located in Warsaw, I performed the following services:

• Software development process migration (from Scrum to Continuous Deployment)
• Introduction of QA activities (Continuous Integration, Static Code Analysis, Code Reviews)
• Training in test design techniques (both black-box and white-box)
• Introduction of non-functional testing to compliment existing automated module, integration and functional test suites
• Coaching of QA-personel in regard of new tools support (mainly: migrating from SVN to git source control system) and conflict resolution
