For our customer in Germany in the area of automotive physical simulation, my job was to prepare a holistic quality and testing approach to be used for multiple projects. The handbook included development process modification, quality metrics identification and introduction, tool selection (for continuous integration, test management, static and dynamic code analysis), establishment of code review procedures and quality gates for various artifacts generated during development process, guidelines for requirement analysis and engineering as well as guidelines for test preparation, templating for test plans and other test-related documents.
